Welcome to ~Skype-Powers-Hetalia, a Hetalia RP done on the Skype messenger.
Inspired by ~Msn-Power-Hetalia, you can roleplay as your favorite Hetalia character, or create an OC and roleplay as them.
Joining means that you have to have the Skype messenger installed to your computer. And you will have to create a new account for each character you roleplay as.
(You may add the members to your main, if you`d like.)

The roleplay has only been up for about one week, and we've already reached eight members! Thanks everyone~
RULES
-To be part of the RP, you need to fill out a simple form;
and remember, WAIT UNTIL YOU`RE ACCEPTED.

-Both canon, and OCs are welcomed

-YOU CAN NOW HAVE THREE CHARACTERS; though be aware that you can only have one character from each category (canon or OC). You must wait atleast a month or so to app as a second character._{((That or we'll allow certain people to join before a month is up))}

-Stay in character! If you misbehave too much you’ll be kicked out. The point in roleplaying is to act like the character!
(You can talk ooc (out of character) with others, as long as you mostly RP. Ooc speeches are to be written between double brackets: ((ooc speech example)) )

-If you know you won't be able to connect for a while, please send us a note.

-If we see that you're not active anymore, you'll receive a note for your inactivity. If you don't log in more, you'll be terminated and your role will be free again. Please understand that we cannot have an inactive RPer, even more so if a new comer wants to take the character you are neglecting.

-Same thing if you apply and never give any sign of life. Your application will only disappear and the character will be free to take once again.

-If you join, please add : devskype-powers-hetalia : ( No spaces ) to your watchlist and on your journal / signature. We need some publicity!

-As for the characters, they are talking on the skype messenger, not meeting in person (unless they decide to meet, of course)!

-The RP is set in our time, not during World War II; for the reality matter. There weren't any computers or skype in 1933.

-There is no official pairing. Be free to create some at your ease, if both RPers agree. See the pairing page for more information.

-When you choose your character, you CAN`T change it!_{((That is unless you give up your account))}

-Some people have complained about it, so I thought we should add it here. No godmoding. If we get too much complaining about you doing so, we'll have to terminate you. Try to be fair, alright?

-If a person does not make their skype RP account within three days their application will be disqualified and the spot will be open again.

-If you become inactive for two or more weeks, your character will be dropped and up for apps.
